Client experience is at the heart of what I do, and I strive to provide exceptional service whenever clients reach out or visit. With 14 years of experience in retail management and customer service, I've learned the impact of each interaction. Even a small negative experience can affect a day or a partnership, so I am committed to ensuring every client feels valued and heard.


Each day in my role brings new opportunities and engaging conversations with clients and potential clients. I thrive on working alongside people to address their goals and find great satisfaction in seeing those goals come to fruition. Building deep connections with clients is a joy, and I cherish the moments when they share their stories and milestones, whether it's a visit after a trip or a call about a big life event.


On a personal note, I share my home with three wonderful dogs—Caezar, Ranger, and Buttercup—and my semi-retired father. Family is important to me, and I'm fortunate to have my older sister, her husband, and their two sons living just a couple of miles away. My younger brother lives with our grandmother in Westbrook. Coming from a large family, with a grandmother who had eight children, we often gather for cookouts, birthdays, and holidays. In my free time, I'm an avid reader and gardener, often found in the backyard or at a garden center from spring to fall.
